Lone Pine
Sitting in the shadow of the Eastern Sierras of California, Lone Pine’s history is filled with movie credits. Each October the small-town hosts thousands of visitors interested in the cinema locations scattered throughout what is known as the Alabama Hills, just outside of town. This annual event attracts some pretty interesting characters.
